What ComplianceScout collects

After a successful sync, the following data is available in your ComplianceScout dashboard for violation detection and reporting.

  • Workspace collaborators with email and permission level
  • Base-level collaborator access
  • Admin role designations

Required credentials

These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

How to set up this connector

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect Airtable to ComplianceScout.

  1. Go to airtable.com/create/tokens and click Create new token.

  2. Name it "ComplianceScout" and add scopes: user.email:read, schema.bases:read, workspacesAndBases:read.

  3. Select All current and future workspaces and click Create token.

  4. Copy the token and store it in ComplianceScout under Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → Airtable.
