  • Admin role assignments

Required credentials

These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

How to set up this connector

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect Confluence Cloud to ComplianceScout.

  1. Log in to id.atlassian.com → Security → API tokens → Create API token. Name it "ComplianceScout" and copy the value.

  2. Ensure the Atlassian account used has Confluence Admin or Site Admin permissions.

  3. Note your Atlassian base URL (e.g. https://acme.atlassian.net).

  4. In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → Confluence Cloud, enter all three fields, and click Test and Save.
