Pull users and role assignments from Datadog using API key + Application key authentication.
Source connector — pulls identity and access data from Datadog into ComplianceScout where it is scored against your compliance frameworks and violation rules.
After a successful sync, the following data is available in your ComplianceScout dashboard for violation detection and reporting.
These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect Datadog to ComplianceScout.
Log in to Datadog and go to Organization Settings → API Keys → New Key. Name it "ComplianceScout" and copy the key.

Ensure the user who owns the Application Key has the User Management permission in their Datadog role.
In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → Datadog, select your site, enter both keys, and click Test and Save.
