All team members with email, display name, join date, and status
Group memberships and group names
Admin roles and team folder access
External sharing settings per member

Required credentials

These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

How to set up this connector

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect Dropbox Business to ComplianceScout.

Go to dropbox.com/developers/apps and click Create app. Select Scoped access → Specific folder → Team files.
Under Permissions, enable: team_data.member.read, groups.read, members.read.
Generate an access token from the app settings page.
In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → Dropbox Business and enter the team token.
