Manage audit projects and a tamper-evident, hash-chained evidence ledger.
Audit & Evidence is where audit projects live alongside the evidence that backs them. It has tabs for Audits (lifecycle phases and evidence collection), Evidence (a hash-chained, tamper-evident ledger of compliance-affecting events), and Log Ingestion (ingestion stats and source health). The evidence ledger uses a per-tenant cryptographic chain so entries can't be silently altered.
Open Audit & Evidence from the sidebar.
On the Audits tab, create an audit project and move it through its lifecycle phases, attaching evidence as you go.
On the Evidence tab, browse the ledger — each entry is part of a verifiable hash chain, so you can demonstrate integrity to an assessor.
On the Log Ingestion tab, confirm your sources are healthy and evidence is flowing in.
Export the evidence an auditor requests directly from the relevant audit project.
