Inventory and certify service accounts, API keys, bots, and application identities.
NHIDs is the inventory for non-human identities — service accounts, API keys, bots, and applications — discovered from your connectors or added manually. It tracks each one's approved versus current scope (drift), surfaces compliance findings, and supports certification campaigns just like human identities.
Open NHIDs → Inventory from the sidebar to see every non-human identity in scope.
Review each NHID's type, owner, and the access it holds.
Watch the drift indicator — it compares the approved scope to the current scope and flags expansion.
Remediate findings (over-broad scope, missing owner, staleness) directly from the inventory.
Run NHID Certifications so owners periodically attest that each service account is still needed and correctly scoped.
