What ComplianceScout collects

After a successful sync, the following data is available in your ComplianceScout dashboard for violation detection and reporting.

  • Account users with email, name, and role
  • Group memberships and group names

Required credentials

These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

How to set up this connector

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect Lucidchart to ComplianceScout.

  1. Create a Lucid developer application at lucid.co/developer and complete the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

  2. Request scopes: lucidchart:user:read, lucidchart:group:read.

  3. Copy the access token from the OAuth response.

  4. In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → Lucidchart and enter the token.
