Pull employee records from NetSuite SuiteTalk REST API. Uses OAuth 1.0a Token-Based Authentication (TBA).
Source connector — pulls identity and access data from NetSuite into ComplianceScout where it is scored against your compliance frameworks and violation rules.
After a successful sync, the following data is available in your ComplianceScout dashboard for violation detection and reporting.
These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect NetSuite to ComplianceScout.
In NetSuite, go to Customization → Integrations → Manage Integrations → New. Enable Token-Based Authentication.
Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret shown after saving.
Create a dedicated NetSuite role with Employee Records: View permission and assign it to an integration user.
Go to Setup → Users/Roles → Access Tokens → New. Select your integration and user, then copy the Token ID and Token Secret.
In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → NetSuite and enter all four credentials plus your Account ID.
