Pull employees and permission roles from SAP SuccessFactors HCM via OData v2 API.
Source connector — pulls identity and access data from SAP SuccessFactors into ComplianceScout where it is scored against your compliance frameworks and violation rules.
After a successful sync, the following data is available in your ComplianceScout dashboard for violation detection and reporting.
These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect SAP SuccessFactors to ComplianceScout.
In SuccessFactors Admin Center, go to Manage Permission Roles → New to create an integration role.
Grant the role access to: Employee Central → Employment Data → View and User Management → View All Users.
Create a dedicated integration user and assign the role.
Find your API endpoint from the API Center in your SuccessFactors instance (e.g. api4.successfactors.com).
In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → SAP SuccessFactors and enter the credentials.
