What ComplianceScout collects

After a successful sync, the following data is available in your ComplianceScout dashboard for violation detection and reporting.

Organization members with username, email, and membership type
Board-level access and permissions
Admin role designations within the organization

Required credentials

These fields are collected when you add the connector in the ComplianceScout dashboard. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never logged.

Token	Secret	Required	Generate via OAuth flow from the API key page. Needs read access to your organizations.

How to set up this connector

Follow these steps to gather the credentials above and connect Trello to ComplianceScout.

Go to trello.com/app-key while logged in to Trello and copy the API Key.
On the same page, click the link to generate a Token. Authorize with read access and copy the token.
In ComplianceScout, go to Data & Secrets → Integrations → Add Connector → Trello, enter both values, and click Test and Save.
